It is rare to find an incumbent being returned to power in India, since most politicians misuse their power for personal gains and end up being embroiled in controversies and corruption charges. Most of them have no vision and end up doing more damage than good. There are some exceptions to the rule. Narendra Modi is one and the other is Nitish Kumar in the State of Bihar.
